Description

• Ensure daily operations are running smoothly and exceed our customer service excellence expectations
• Enter orders in the system, confirm quantity, price, or date changes
• Develop consumer and business customer solutions for local and national accounts
• Balance our large inventory
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotions with the Marketing Manager
• Maintain compliance of all cash handling and cash auditing procedures and report any discrepancies
• Assist and support the team on various tasks
• Analytical skills, understanding of basic statistics, and data and relevant information gathering skills are a must
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Result oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, QuickBooks
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing or sales role preferred
